Endo 101: What Endometriosis Is & Impact

Endo 101 s a short zine about what endometriosis is and impact on our quality of life from one Endo Warrior's Trek. 

Endometriosis affects 1 in 10 women and can lead to missed school, work, and countless days spent in pain. After completing my narrative workbook My Endometriosis Journey: From Struggle to Strength, I wanted to continue educating and advocating, so I created this small companion booklet, Endo 101.

Containing everything I wish I had known at the time of my diagnosis. Designed as a quick reference for those living with or questioning endometriosis. Created for those of us living with the disease today. Supporting each other, educating and advocating so future generations may one day have better answers, earlier diagnosis, and hopefully, a cure.
